Do you have a subscription to Sky TV or just Sky Broadband? If you don't subscribe to Sky TV then you will be unable to use the Sky Go service.

If the Tab was connected to a TV you would HDMI error and not this error.

I've asked for the apps to be updated to allow native iPad Pro screen resolution, mainly for the enhanced touch keyboard etc… Sky are passing my request to the relevant teams to take a look at.
