yeah it’s funny as the same has happened with coronation street, can’t watch the 7.30 episode but can watch the 8.30 episode, just don’t 7nderstand why this happens!

Thanks! Also, everything on cinema is only available in HD, I read that this can be changed in preferences under settings but all that's in there is an auto play option.

Can I ask why you would want to change this as Sky Movies comes in HD by default even if you don't subscribe to the HD pack you can still access the films on Sky Cinema in HD.

We are all Sky customers here so I would suggest checking that the verification email has ended up in a trash or bin folder on the email account that it should have been sent to.
