This does happen from time to time, it can be watched via your Sky box if that helps but other than it might be worth checking it every few days to see if the option to watch it via Sky Go appears.

You will lose any downloads you have managed to do by doing this but have you tried deleting the app, turning your iphone off and on again and then installing the app from the app store.
