Sky have put a fix in place but you might need to force close the App by holding down the playstation button on the controller and then choose to quit the App if you are still seeing this.

If the link I posted a few posts back up the page last year doesn't allow you to cancel then you will need to contact Sky via phone or Live Chat to cancel it.

The issue must be between the 🎮 XBox One and Skys servers as some of us are having no problems. Youll need to contact Sky to report the issue and get a resolution.
