We have the same issue. We've been working our way through season 6 and the next episode normally downloads as we're watching. We're on episode 21 but can't find episode 22... only episode 4!

It is the Sky Go Folder that needs deleting, I don't own a Mac but I believe it can be found at somewhere like this: On a Mac via Finder/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Delete Sky Go...

If you are signed in with the wrong ID then you need to logout and sign in with the right one, but sadly depending on what device you are using Sky Go on it isn't possible to logout unless you delete...
