It is available but it has been listed as series 9 episode 2. Go into catch up> channels> MTV and it's near the top of the list.You can see in the synopsis that it's actually series 34 episode 11.

It's always good to check the menus when the search can't find things. It's usually available but the search just can't find it because the series and episode numbers aren't matching.

Mine looks nothing like that as you can see, it's like the music section is removed. I've clicked on the sub section music. And it says unavailable and gives me the option to record to my sky box which...

Do you use a VPN if so try disabling it, also have you tried running the app as admin, right click on it and select the admin option.

Still no love unfortunately. Same error. No VPN, running as administrator gives the same error. EDIT: Attempted to download instead, Error 1504 instead.
