Eventually got it going in Windows 10 with IE by adding sky.com to my trusted sites and lowering security for trusted sites down to Low.

Sky F1 also not working for me during qualification today. If incorrect EPG info was issue whatever system manages the Sky Go EPG appears different to the one for the Sky box as that was up to date.

Sky Go should work on any device running Andriod 4.0 and above so that will include this device.

The Surface 3 runs the full version of Windows 10 - exactly the same as used on a 'PC' or laptop. Any issues are likely to be driver related.
