I suppose you have tried disabling Wi-Fi on the phone, uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone then turning on Wi-Fi before installing the app again ?

@Sky2024sky Using Go on an Apple TV box or games console requires* Multiscreen or Whole Home. Phone, tablet and computer use does not do so. *On some legacy subscriptions, Sky Go Extra may be sufficient

@irishcustomer Are you seeing the device needs to be authorised message, if so and if you using a VPN try disabling it.
