SKY GO with Essentials

I believe you should get Sky Go access, I certainly can't easily find anything saying you wouldn't. Are you sure you're logged in with the right Sky account, and if so when did your subscription start?

Try deleting the app and re installing. I have just done this myself, and it worked. The only downside is, as you have deleted and re-installed, it sees everything as "new" so you'll need to watch...

I can see my bill on the MySky app. I became a SkyTv customer on March 24, which is the first time I've been with Sky so I'm not a returning customer.
