Yes i changed my password, then used the link and did exactly that. It hasn't worked, we've tested it and my husband who was also logged in previously to MySky is still logged in and hasn't been forced...

If you have done this correctly and ticked all the boxes against apps on the link I posted yesterday and changed your password then it should work so perhaps you need to give it more time.
