You haven't said what device you are using but if it is a portable one like a phone or a tablet have you tried deleting the app, clearing the cache, rebooting it and then installing the app again ?

It seems the error code is because Sky thinks your VPN is outside the UK. Mine wasn't but after many attempts I got it to work. Disconnecting wifi and restaerting it seemed to help.

Try uninstalling Microsoft Silverlight from your Pc then reboot it and then try using Sky Go again and installing silverlight again when it requests it.
