Either that or your friend is a Virgin customer.Certain customers have to use the dedicated sports and cinema players.I would ask your friend if they can use the normal Sky Go player to view sports.

Sounds to me like you're using go.sky.com to watch some of the content and www.skysports.com for Sky Sports. If you do that, then you're using 2 device slots. Best to always use go.sky.com for...
