Just need to delete the cookie that Sky sends you.Though you have registered the new app now so would have to phone Sky again and hope they give you another device change to use

Yeah, just the videoguard process. Any other Sky Go processes will close by themselves when you exit the app.

To be fair I wouldn't even bother. They'll be shutting down the website version soon anyway so probably not worth the time and effort to switch back to it.
