That is correct because they will be removed from Sky Go so you will be unable to either stream them or download them.

The point I was making was that he could connect via his hotspot but not his employer's connection because of his employer's firewall restrictions not that the PFE9004 error was anything to do with the internet connection. He didn't state what error code resulted. Our problem, as yet unresolved, is that we are unable to play downloaded content.

skygo stalling and freezing etc
Just been told by Sky Help (engineer) that a new skygo app will be available in about two weeks (about 1st September 2018) That must be the same engineer who said that back in April.......................sooo....... two week is a long long time !!!!.......................................watch this space...

Sky Go Error PFE 16000
After going through the process of deleting everything Sky Go and Cisco, even from the hidden folders and reinstalling the app, as suggested by a very helpful tech on the phone, I am still receiving the error code PFE16000. Each time I have to restart my computer in order for Sky Go to barely work.
According to the tech, that particular code doesn't exist in his database. Then why do I keep getting it?

Couldnt agree more, i had he same issue with NowTV, just could not get it working! you'd think that they would stick to their advertised slogon which is "The brand new desktop app makes it even easier for you to find the programmes you want to watch".... Lies SKY.

Sky+ HD App for Ipad
I have 2 Sky HD boxes, one is connected to my BT router by Ethernet and the other by Wi-fi
Can anyone suggest a solution to a problem where the Sky+ app on my IPad and IPhone 7 (running IOS 11.4.1) regularly loses the Wi-fi connection and closes the connection.
However on occasions the IPhone retains the connection but the IPad drops the Wi-fi connection every time, when you carry out a connect to Sky+HD box it doesn’t always find the Wi-fi box and only shows the connection to the cable connected box .
Is this a fault with the IPad app?

I’m trying to watch something on my iPad but when I select the programme I’m getting the message “to enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription .”
I’ve had no problems watching it until today, can anyone help please?

Other than games consoles or a mini box, I'm afraid you won't be able to watch Sky Go on a TV.

Then I'd be tempted to delete the app and re-install, with a reboot of the ipad in between.
