Are you trying to stream via a wifi connection or via 3G/4G data connection, if it is the later there is a setting that might need ticking via settings > network prefrences. This is for the mobile version of the app on things like phones and tablets.

No, I am trying to watch live TV using my actual login credentials. Not interested in box sets and have not subscribed any box sets.

No luck, my MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.3 (18D109) is producing the same error message daily "Initialisation failed to complete in a timely manner"

PFE9004 error on Sky Go app on Windows 10
Hi, I have this ongoing issue with the Sky Go app which Sky's yet to fix.
I've followed the instructions on other threads - uninstall the app, delete the various Sky Go & Cisco Videoguard folders, reinstall etc.
Unfortunately the issue. isn't fixed.
I've tested it on a Windows 10 tablet and Windows 10 PC (both less than 2 years old) and I see the same error message on both devices.
Please can someone help?

Mrs Beryl Peel hase the account with Sky Q box which includes having only F 1 no other sports channels but the 1410 code keeps stopping her to view it on her lap top,

I've spoken to sky and Apple and both seem to say its each others problem. Theyve suggested I update my Mac to El Capitan or above to see if that helps as I'm still running on Mavericks. What OS are you guys running on?

Sky Go Android App Error Code 201 and 600 and 20. App not working
Got a new Samusng Tab S4. Downloaded the Sky Go app and got "technical error. We have encountered an issue when trying to launch the app, please try again. Code: -201and 60 and 020." And "Restart App".
Restarted - same error. Cleared data and cache. Same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same error.
Access to device storage is enabled.
Help.
Why is 201 and 600 and 20 not allowed as a subject item? Its an error code and it would be useful if the forum allowed error codes to be entered so issues could be found.

I haven't done this myself but I should imagine that if you hover the cursor over the downloads the delete option will appear.

Make sure you are logged into Sky Go with your main Sky ID and password. If you have done this then you will need to contact Sky if you can watch this on your Sky Q box but not via Sky Go.

Download TV Shows with Sky Go Extra
I have Sky Go Extra and have been trying to download a show from Sky Atlantic to my iPad and PC.
I have Sky Q and subscribe to Sky Entertainment which includes Sky Atlantic but when I try to download a show I am getting an error message: You need the relevant Sky TV subscription to watch this show - Error Code 1510.
I can download different shows from Sky Atlantic and from Sky One and Sky Witness. Is it simply because the show I'm trying to download is in Sky Boxsets?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
