problems with sky go on mobile
Ive had sky go on my mobile for a long time now all of a sudden when i try to watch or downlaod i get "YOU WILL NEED TO BE A SKY CUSTOMER WITH THE RELEVANT SUBSCRIPTION"
this is really as i have whats needed to get sky go,i have multiscreen

Have you checked to see whether you are logged into the correct account on your Sky app? Some people end up with multiple Sky IDs so you need to make sure you login with the one that has your Sky go subscription attached to it.

Virgin have confirmed here that this has been logged with Sky and the onus is on Sky to fix this issue.

Something may have gone wrong with your package then, you may want to check with Sky tha you still have everything you pay for.

Getting this error code when trying to download programs. Never had it before Any suggestions

What are you trying to watch/download? Some programmes cause an error currently on the Sky Go apps so maybe it's one of those.

Bt Sport is available via a Sky subscription only in Ireland at present and as for it being available via the Sky Go app there is no news on when this might happen.

Sky go error 50-9.400 on Sky go on my mobile. Can’t get to sky go
Error message above shows when trying to use skygo app. Seems to have appeared after apple update to ios12.4 last night.

Random Sky1 and SkyAtlantic programmes not available
Hi can someone help? I've been watching Der Pass (on demand) happily on a console SkyGo app then all of a sudden the other night it said "You need to have the correct Sky package to watch this programme."
I can find some SkyAtlantic programmes I can watch on demand and not others. I've not changed my package at all. It's quite strange.
Any ideas why? Is it a bug? An update from Sky they've not notified us about?
