PFE 9001
SKY GO doesn't work on my Apple computer and hasn't done for ages - I have tried everything and the PFE 9001 Code keeps coming up - I called Sky and they couldn't fix it. SKY Go is rubbish...come on SKY get your act together and sort this out as I am not teh only person this is happening to.

In the US if the app detects that is where you are then the chances are it will not work as the app will only work when connected to a European internet connection, although this doesn't explain why it would work for you in Spain.

Issues with sky go
I have logged into sky go and updated my iPad. Which the online instructions requested. And I try to select something from the TV guide and the message I get is I need to update my subscription

If this is happening when you are trying to watch live TV then try deleting the app and then installing it again after a reboot of your iPad and if it still happens after that then you will have to contact Sky support for help.

Hi Perhaps I’m being “thick” but once content is downloaded onto your iPad- shouldn’t it be accessible anytime anywhere?
normally with no connection the screen defaults to “ Downloaded to iPad” then you simply click and the content should play

This is why i decided to leave sky, the sky go app doesn;t work and there is no one you can talk to , only online Q and A which unless you ask the specific question doesn;tknow what you are asking, shame as i really liked it but no point paying for something that you cant get to work.

Following days of troubleshooting I have just been informed that the new version of Sky Go for Windows 10 is still only available as follows.
"I can confirm having spoken with a few colleagues the reason you are experiencing this is due to a trial version which is not available to the public, we are trying to merge the Sky go app and the Sky Q application into the Sky go app. This version is not available yet apart from people with trial access. The version you are currently on will be the latest version as the version that shows the update for is not ready yet. I am sorry this was not explained previously to you Mal. I apologise for any inconvenience caused during the troubleshooting."

upgrade code PFE 9049-IH has been on my screen for over an hour
I was told to upgrade on my lap top but then PFE 9049-IH came up saying my laptop was being registered over an hour later its still wont let me watch ? any ideas

Sky are currently looking into this error as other members have reported it to them. From what they have said your laptop should eventually register but it can take a little while to do so.

That sounds more like an error if you and others have seen it. I do know that during the game the commentators apologised for anyone watching on the Main Event channel as the pictures were lost, so I don't know if that is tied into the adverts appearing.
