same issue here ,, have tried all possible fixes , uninstalling, wiping cache, clearing folders etc...nothing works.
It's since the update that allows connection to the SkyQ box.... is it possible to disable this feature in settings of skygo or the skyQ box itself ? am trying to find a workaround

On your Sky Q box go to Settings > Status. Go across to " Watch via Sky Q app" and then across to "Reactivate" and click on it.

Have you tried it in airplane mode at work, if it doesn't work then perhaps you work is blocking the app somehow via the Wifi connection.

That post was directed towards another member with a different issue. For your issue try placing the mouse pointer on edge of black screen till you get arrow then hold the left mouse button and stretch screen to see if Sky Go pops up.

Warrior on Sky One
Has Warrior dissappeard from Sky? I've managed to download the first 3 episodes, but can't seem to locate the others. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sky Go not working on PS4
When trying to go on Sky Go on PS4 it says ‘we are having problems contacting Sky. Please try again later.’ Have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still no joy. It’s the latest update too, so I don’t really know what else I can do? It also won’t work on my iPad either, just says: ‘Because if a technical issue; you cannot watch this content’

Sky+ app remote record not working
Hi, before posting i've read the other users threads and followed instructions but my problem remains.
When the app is not connected to Wifi and i'm away from the home, I get the following error message below ( #1 )
I've checked my account is linked to the correct viewing card number and it is.
But when checking the "Recordings and downloads" is selected, I get the following error message below ( 2 )
"Sorry, you do not have a compatible sky box"
And finnaly, I also have the following error message
I'm not sure what else to do, your help would be appreciated, thanks

iPad SDE1 error on Sky Go app
I’m trying to download episodes that I’ve got on my Sky Q box to the Sky Go app and I get error SDE1. I’ve tried resets and reinstalled and google searches but haven’t had much luck. Can anyone help?

I’ve go the full sky sports package with sky go,extra yet I can’t download any catch up,sports to my sky go app on the iPad. Does anyone else have this problem.

NOPE the update did not fix the issue. Watching live footie just now. Okay for 10 mins then the sound coming and going before the close and rebuffering. Useless again.

I have run the Sky Go app on my tablet with no problems. I've upgraded to a SkyQ system over the last week and I get the same message:-
We have encountered an issue when trying to launch the app, please try again.code -(code removed as it's blocked by site, but it's on the image above)
every time I start the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and nothing works. I tried going back to my copy of sky go, but that's giving the same message as well.
did anyone ever get anywhere authorizing this?

Waste of time asking their facebook message centre. Even showed them a video of the sound and buffering issue.
