So a company doesn't hear opinion of customers and act? That is one of the most important characters of a company that provides a service. Hospitality has thousands of paid mystery customers to provide honest feedback. If I ever got less than 90% I would lose all financial bonuses for. 3 months. 2 bad ones for an individual server would be dismissal. Company's act on feedback as do sky but agree it is only a small part of their decisi9ns. Maybe cost being the driving factor. So i have removed kids app from the little ones iPad and replaced with you tube kids and a 3rd party app that is age restricted with an easy to use interface.

yes ive had this problem myself for the last few weeks,i was normally watching sky go,on my windows 10 desctop computer,but when i click on something on it to watch ,it just comes up has a dark black screen,ive tried uninstalling sky go,and installing it again ,but its just the same.

So the correct approach is to file a complaint under Sky's complaint process in order to submit this type of feedback or complaint if you are dont happy with the service Sky is providing that you are paying for.
Posting on a public forum will only get the visibility mainly of other customers and not get the feedback to the correct people within Sky.

Issues accessing Netflix
Netflix fails to load and all i see is the Netflix logo and spinning red circle. I've tried rebooting the SkyQ main box and the problem persists

Why can't I watch sky go abroad on my phone, my subscription is paid in full regularly yet when I want something different it says theta it cannot be viewed

@Paul011 if you're in a eu member state it's because of brexit the conditions of which forbid uk residents from using the service within the European Union member states which uk is no longer one
if your an Ireland customer then it could be to do with your registered postcode being incorrectly identified as a uk one

sky go
ive given up with this now,i was watching sky go on my windows ten desktop computer,up to about a month ago,ever since then the picture has gone dark,where the cross is at the bottom to turn on the sound thats not even letting me do that,ive been unstalling it and stalling it again a few times now ,it makes no diference.

Hi, it turned out the auto rotate setting had been turned off by an update. Drag down from the top of your screen to access the quick settings and turn the auto rotate on here this should fix the issue or it did for me. Good luck

Same issue and sky have been absolutely useless in offereing any help or guidance. Was working fine as well and then just all of a sudden it stopped. Works fine still on the iPad, so cant really figure why its no longer working. aboslute joke.

Skygo Mac OS Sonoma 14.5
Hi,
I have been using the skygo app for over a month of my Mac mini, no problems.
i have plenty of memory, space etc.
I have followed other posts about uninstalling, removing library entries etc and cleared recycle bin.
but the app once clicked on, just doesn't do any! It acknowledges the request to open, but doesn't load.
anyone had any ideas?

Error Code: PFE 9012 whilst watching Sky Go app
I keep getting the following message when trying to watch SkyGo on my laptop
"Error Code: PFE 9012 whilst watching Sky Go app"
I've followed the recommeneded advice of disconnecting the Sky Q box but to no avail. Ths is only a new occurrence. Does anyone else have any helpful advice? Near impossible to get a live agent.

Have you tried a complete uninstall:
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present (it might not be) the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again via here:

You have the same problem as a lot of us. There are quite a few posts on the same subject.
As far as I can tell, no one from Sky is aware or has acknowledged there is an issue despite numerous complaints.
Nothing will change until Sky accept there is a problem.
