Morning - I have been watching Sky Go on my Mac with out issue for years but now when I try to open it I get a message saying "Downloading Updates" then that disappears and I get this quit message. I have been reporting it to Apple but it keeps doing it.
My Mac is MacOS High Sierra - appreciate any help - thanks
I have installed Sky Go on a new computer, and logged in under my old credentials and I cannot watch SkySports despite having the right package and being connected to my SkyQ box.
I also reset my password, but this didn't help.

Cleared out the registry, then went to my local library and there it seemed happy to install.
Also fixed the long standing problem I've been having downloading programmes.
So just installing it on a different network seemed to be the answer.
What a pile of **bleep**e.
