I've tried everything I can but no joy on my Mac also running 14.5, quite frustrating as about to go on holiday and when I need it the most it is not working!!

Obviously a major problem, followed all this then entered an SMS Chat with Sky expert on this to no avail. She was actually unaware of the issue which seems strange since it is widespread. Does it work on any Apple Sonoma 14.5 Mac... is the problem limited to the Apple processor? Lots of apps required rosetta etc when the new processors were introduced.

Could be a resolution thing: at 2560-by-1600 the Air M2 panel is rather different to UHD.
Do you get an option to change resolution output on the external connection?

Sky go...when it loads which isnt always, allows me to download movies, but they constantly crash wh
Sky go...when it loads which isnt always, allows me to download movies, but they constantly crash when watching them, with various messages, like restart app, too many people are watching. How can i sort this? 1 hour waiting on phone and no one answered when put through to technical support. Cheers.

Have you tried deleting the app then rebooting the device irbid installed on before installing the app again ?

well my next monthly bill dues by the 8th of next month,which they wont be getting now,has ive told them ive finished with them,even though im still in a contract,i had to take before again to get it a bit cheaper,i now have phoned sky up 4 times about my problems m having with sgy go on my windows ten ,and they cant fix itmso i said to them im not paying for sky just to watch in there daily listings ,theres hardly anything on there.they can do what they want i dont care

Breach of contract 🙄 not a very cleaver move 😞
With a PC involved it is not always the Sky Go app at fault, there are many factors outside of Skys control that could be causing issues, antivirus, firewall, windows etc...

yes but if you read some of the posts that are on here,you will notice a few people have had this problem,so it must be to do with sky,and without sky go,theres hardly anything to watch with just the daily listings,

I have read posts and at least one person said that their antivirus was causing an issue, which has nothing to do with Sky!
It's difficult to pinpoint problems when only, as you say, "a few" people have the issue and the majority don't

Recordings stop playing in sky go
When I play back recordings in sky go, ( on iPad) after a couple of minutes it stops playback saying not connected to sky q box. I have deleted the app and started again.
But has made no difference.
any help gratefully received.

I know what the issue, but SKY needs to fix it.
Basically I have Citrix Workspace/Reciever installed and Sky Go does not like it. Sky is being overly protective about screen casting, this is insane, they need to sort this out.
