Presumably you are referring to Bosnia not being included on the list. It is however in Europe, so why should sky discriminate against the country.?

Re: Sky Go macOS app does not open after latest update.
I am on Sequois Dev 15.1 on a new MacBook M3 and was having real trouble. I moved the Sky Go App to the correct folder, then uninstalled it and rebooted. I downloaded the Sky Go Installer (making sure it was the 2nd August Version), right-clicked the installer and ticked the Open in Rosetta box. It worked after that though I had to sign in again as I had manually cleared all the Sky Go files from:
~/Library/Preferences/
~/Library/Application Support
~/Library/Caches/
~/Library/Logs/
~/Library/LaunchAgents
~/Library/Cookies
~/Library/Group Containers

After months I am still unable to use sky go at all on my mac. I have deleted all the files multiple times and emptied my trash.
The app used to open and say the 'quits unexpectantly' error- now it just bounces in my toolbar and then dissappears (no written notification). I am soo far beyond my patience! Technology Rage is real!

Have you downloaded the latest version of the installer from the Sky website?

I am following the link from the sky website so I assume it is the most recent version? I click the mac installer.
That downloads fine. Then it tries to open the sky app- it just bounces around then disappears. When I search the sky go app and open it, it does the same 😞

What version of MacOS do you have?
Also have you tried downloading the installer in a private/incognito browser just to make sure it's not cached anything stale.

Mac High Sierra 10.13.6.
I tried the incognito browser suggestion (after deleting the sky go files and emptying trash) and it still does the same thing. Once the Sky go installer is finished the sky go app just bounces and disappers and I can not open it even when clicking directly on the sky go app in my applications.

@Florence004 Bosnia is indeed in Europe but Sky talk about the European Union (EU) in the link which @caesarome supplied which currently Bosnia is not part of
Sky are not discriminating against Bosnia its simply due to them not being part of the EU

I have searched for an answer but to no avail. I have sky go on iPhone and iPad. On iPad I can get grid view fir to menu. However my iPhone will not and just lists programmes. Surely if it works on my iPad then it should work on iPhone. Otherwise sky have two apps doing things differently.please help.🤔

Hello, when we put our Xbox on to watch something it will go to a black screen and cut out every 5 minutes we've tried turning it off at the plug and factory resetting the tv. Does anyone else have this problem? Playing games is fine it's literally just watching stuff

Apps can work differently for the size of screen on the device, you don't need 2 separate apps 🙂
