Very strange I am unable to watch sky sports premier league or main event on my PlayStation 4 device I just get a constant spinning circle and a black screen. I can watch every other channel on Sky fine as well as the other Sky sports channels.

I tested this on my laptop that has Sky go, it is working fine and the two channels work fine on there so it seems to be just my PlayStation 4 where I can't watch the two channels which is annoying as it is hooked up to my living room tv.

I have even deleted and reinstalled the app which has not worked at all.

I have the same issue.

The channels impacted on my PS4 are:

SkySpMainEvHD [401]

SkySp PL HD [402]

SkySp F1 HD [406]

All the other channels work fine on the PS4.

Very odd.

Same here constant spinning and black background won't work, but will work on phones

It's never simple with Sky.

Ive tried changing network and it still won't have it.

If anyone knows a solution please let us know

This happened a month or so ago and it just fixed itself eventually, super frustrating as it's literally only two channels showing the football . Sky, DO BETTER!!!!

I've just got off the call with them.

They said the technical team will have a look in the next 2 days...

Same issue, seems the PS4 platform and app doesn't get the same level of care and attension as Sky Go apps on other platforms. At least i'm not going mad and others have same issues, not that this helps.

done all the usual deleting folders etc no joy

keep gettin a message to say that i am running software capable of capturing video, to carry on watching i must turn off all capturing functions but to contact customer services and quote error code PFE9903.

So have you identified this software and stopped it whilst using Sky Go?

What device/OS are you using?

Running Sky Go on M4 iMac 15.3. Sky Go opens, downloads update. installer opens and installs update, sky go opens and downloads update etc etc. It is stuck in a ;loop. All thoughts welcome.

Add: Just binned and reloaded the app. Now working. Probably should have thought of that earlier....

Sky stuck on spinning wheel trying to download tv guide. No tv programmes showing and cannot change channels. However apps still work so can use Netflix etc. Have rebooted box s d reset things but problem remains. No live TV.

You have posted in the Sky Go forum, it is unclear that you are having an issue with Sky Go, can you confirm what app and/or device you are having a problem with?
