Go.sky.com should work after clearing IEs cookies if it does not then there is no other URL you can uses as far as I know

Can I reset sky go devices
Please help i tried to remove old devices and accidentially removed one that I shouldn't have even though I have sky go extra I am unable to add on further devices and currently only have 1 device attached

You can add/change one devicesper calendar month, you could try phoning sky but they might say no

Hi , getting error code for using sky store on app , is this a fault their end ,why else would they put sky store on the app if you’re not allowed to use it ,

Silverlight and the new Windows app use different technologies, both will take a device slot
You have to persuade sky to reset this months device change

I'm a bit confused as to what you are uisng, are you using the new Sky Go app or are you using Internet Explorer and going to the Sky Go website to access Sky Go ?

It has been reported by a few members that by stopping the snipping tool if it is running in the background can fix these issues.

Try checking to see if there are any updates for your drivers and try uninstalling the App and delete the Cisco Videoguard Player folder in AppData > Local > Cisco > VideoGuard Player and AppData > LocalLow > Cisco > VideoGuard (delete this) and the Sky Go/Sky folders in App Data > Roaming.
Do a search on your PC and delete anything Cisco related.
Then try installing the app again.

Have had macs for years and never heard of this.......where do you find it to ‘switch it off’.
have to email my daughter with instructions as it’s her laptop that has the problem so a simple answer would be helpful .....thanks

Clear cookies and cache, restart the browser and use the website. The app is really bad and not working at all for me and this was a quick fix. Let me know if it works

What is the difference between Sky Go and Sky Go PLUS. 2 weeks ago I used to get Sky Go on my PC. Now it does not work and I am being offered Sky Go PLUS at £5 per month. What has changed? It used to be free?

Yes this worked for me ... much better picture quality on the SS Player and no need to use IE for Silverlight.
