The quality of the picture for downloads is also not good at all. I don't see how internet quality should affect the picture quality of any downloadable content, as for example, BBC Iplayer gives you the option to either download in HD/SD. The screenshot of the Twin Peaks credits shows it's not very good. I have a retina display mac and generally expect the picture quality of whatever i watch to be good, even when I stream stuff on other sites, the quality is better than Sky's downloadables. It's very poor, especially when the quality of picture on the previous sky go player (or sky go desktop) was perfectly fine.
It's getting annoying now.
