Yep I tried it all and it hasn't worked. I had this problem on my a few months ago. I have since sold that and now have the same problem on my windows PC! I have windows 10 and don't see why I should downgrade to suppose sky go. Sky go should be able to fix the problems. Quite frankly it is taking the p**s now.
