I don't believe the app works with the latest browser, Edge. I have it working with IE 11 though.

The existing Silverlight solution is required for the many user who haven't or can't upgrade to Windows 10, plus those using Macs. It works fine on Windows 10 for most people too.

You need to make sure the Language it set to English (UK), not English (US) and it's using the UK date formats. If those are correct, then Sky Go should work - it does for pretty much everyone...
