I am having exactly the same trouble and despite three telephone calls to Sky yesterday (an absolute nightmare!) and having to deal with the automated system repeatedly, followed by a long wait to speak to anyone, nobody, but nobody was able to help by fixing the problem. Sky are the most unhelpful company imaginable. I then tried the chat line with the same results but at least the 'Sky Expert' (laughable in itself!) did get somebody to call me back. However, when my phone rang I had to wait and listen to numerous messages about getting the answers to the problem on the web site before anyone spoke. When the techie did come on the phone, eventually, all he could tell me was to remove the app and reload it. I explained that I had already done this three times and it didn't solve the problem. He then said he would have to raise the issue with someone else and I could expect a call within 1-3 days. When I jolingly asked whether I was expected to sit at my computer wating for a call, he got angry and said "You have mobile don't you?" to which I responded "Yes, but I can hardly use my PC if I get a call while I am driving or not at home!" This is really a most frustrating and unsatisfactory state of affairs. Sky, was, from my experience, very good at customer service a few years ago.. Now, I believe, they have no interest in customers whatsoever, just in the vast sums of money they charge/
