I’ve started receving the follow error message “there was a problem obtaining the system information from your sky q box. Please try again. Error code 71-2”.
I have reset all the Sky Q box’s with no avail, checked that the software is the latest version and that my devices are fully updated.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
We have had numerous reports of this over the last couple of days and I myself have had it. Some have found thatcswutching off WiFi on the phone fixes.Some have had an updated app from the iOS store, others have suggested deleting that app and reinstalling it.
