Had Codec error 14 for 3 months now. I have Android v5.0.1. Basically it's all the Sky channels that give this error. Eurosport channel for example is fine but any Sky sports channel stops usually within 30 seconds. Has to be how Sky's own channels run on it's own app. Sky obviously have poor quality control on app testing. Sky say it's probably because my device is too old. Sorry, but 14 months old is not too old.
It really shouldn't be too hard to test, confirm and release a statement on the support pages.
Very poor from Sky. The BT sports app works really well, really high quality picture quality as well. I recommend this to my friends and family now. Can't recommend something that doesn't work.
