Walkig, I was struggling liek all the folks before but your description got me straight through to the righ page on the app and I have successfully cancelled a pair of tickets.
Recommend others who may be struggling to go through the procedure stage by stage, don't flap,

1. Log into SKY VIP APP
2. Click onto sky vip * button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Your now on the main page. Scroll left and click on ‘Tickets to cinema screenings’ tab. (Or any other ‘Tickets to...’ tab.
4. Click on ‘My Bookings’ in the top right corner.
5. Choose the event you want to cancel, select the amount of tickets and confirm.
Job done!
you will get there in the end.
