How pathetic is that? They can’t even be bothered to answer your question. It’s absolutely ridiculous that one of the biggest Broadcasters in Europe hasn’t gotten round to adding the subtitle feature! Especially considering Netflix has had them for ages and NOWTV have them too!
I think they’re deliberately trying to lose subscribers (like yourself).
They need to pull their finger out!
