You are porobably seeing this because the show you are trying to watch is part of Sky Boxsets and not Catchup TV and so to access it you would need to upgrade to the Boxset package.

The catch up for series 8 expires on the 19th of June but if I download an episode it say it'll expire on the 30th so it does seem to be possible to get more time.
