I managed it but what a palaver. I' logged onto Live Chat and then the operator offered to call me. She was keen not to let me downgrade, reviewed every element of my package, suggested other discounts might be affected if I took off sky extra (which they shouldn't be) and then told me my base bundle was going up by 12.5% when I thought I'd signed up for a bundle at £20 for 12 months. Can they do that? Took nearly 10 minutes and I ended up worse off.. What a racket.
