Like many other people it seems, I can't re-activate (didn't know I needed to) the Sky Go app on my Sky Q box settings.
According to the Sky help pages you need a Multi-screen subscription in order to do this. I've been a Sky customer for more years than I can remember and I've NEVER never had a multi screen subscription but used to watch recorded programs on my Sky Go app.
I'm not a new customer so surely Sky can't just take away features I've always had and then expect me to pay extra to get them back !!?? This kind of greedy treatment of customers infuriates me !
