Sony Pulled 5.0.2 update after they noticed that they were not meant to release it to their phone lines and were meant to go to 5.1...
Lots of Sony phones never got the pulled update to 5.0.2 and Sony announced they would go to 5.1 instead..
5.1 is now being released to Sony phones as sony wanted to correct this mistake on their phones of giving them a not required update....

We’re starting our Android 5.1, Lollipop upgrade from today for Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact,Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet*.
Then Xperia Z1, Xperia Z1 Compact and Xperia Z Ultra are next up,
Then the original Xperia Z Series… with Xperia M2 and Xperia M2 Aqua after that.
Youre meant to be on 5.1 not the broken 5.0.2
