getting the same error ... i used 'Your Uninstaller' in super mode to uninstall sky go and cisco (oddly, i had two instances of cisco to uninstall) reinstalled the app and it's still the same...

As has been pointed out elsewhere on the many posts about this, there is system wide fault at the moment. Sky arexaware of this and are working in it, if you have the Sky Q app it’s still working ok

The app was having all sorts of issues yesterday and now it has escalated to not allowing me to play anything at all. Error 9-1, then 3-2 and finally device is not authorised. C’mon Sky!

I don't think Sky actually care. I have either 9001 or 9033 errors. I get to watch the adverts (is that all that matters?) but then nothing else. I think this is just their business moel. No wonder...

Can you cut them some slack, small companies can take hours to get small things back up, sky need much more time to fix their wide range of services
