Download to phone from skygo
Hi on sky go I can watch programmes on my phone, download onto my box but cannot download onto my phone to watch offline later. Can anyone help.

Why can't you download to your phone or are you saying that the download to the phone option isn't available, if so that would be due to rights and licencing reasons

You can watch programs on your phone with Sky Go but to download them as you said you have been trying to do you need to subscribe to Sky Go Extra as you can see here: https://www.sky.com/shop/tv/sky-go/

I don't know if this will work but it has for others so try placing the mouse pointer on edge of black screen till you get arrow then hold the left mouse button and stretch screen to see if Sky Go pops...

Try deleting the app, rebooting your phone then installing the app again.
