Yes Sky sent me a long set of instructions that involved switching on and off etc. but nothing worked . I been they need to upgrade the app before it'll work properly

How long have you been in Spain because if it more then 37 days then the device needs to return to the UK ad connect to an internet connection here before you will be able to use it again in Spain.
