Once you are signed in with the app you shouldn't need to do it again so if you haven't already it might be worth you deleting the app and installing it again after rebooting your device.

Uninstall the app, delete the Cisco folder in Appdata>LocalLow and delete the Sky and Sky Go folders in Appdata>Roaming. Then reinstall the app to see if that fixes it.
