Oh and don’t press the play button on the screen where you download it from. Go back to the homepage and navigate to downloads to play it.

You can register 4 devices (dependant on subscription) but only 2 can be used at the same time for streaming

Yes, I download to the Sky box so Mrs MO can watch it later... This is all getting very complicated but i'll try downloading to the iPad and playing from the On my iPad section. Thanks

Only one is being used (Xbox) and the other 2 are the same machine (PC one with Sky Go and one with the Desktop player) so only two can play at once but I still get the error?

It's fixed now I think Sky cached the fact I had loaded Sky Go and needed a few mins to clear before using the new app. Picture is much better than Sky Go!
