Sky Go Extra on Xbox one

Hi. Does anyone know why sky go extra isn't recognised on Xbox one. Its definitely on my account but when I try to watch on Xbox one I keep an error message telling me I need to have sky go extra. Cheers

Hi You have to give 31 days notice to remove a package and calling them is the only option as it can't be done either via the app or online.

Hi Adamdenovo, Have you tried uninstalling the player and then re-installing it. If you download the Sky Cinema player does this load correctly or do you get the same issue with this?
