I’ve got BT Sport as part of my subscription but I want to watch it on my iPad but it seems I can’t. My device is registered so any ideas would be welcome. Thsnks

What series are you trying to watch?Series 1 is box sets so you'll need a box sets subscription, but series 2 should be okay to watch from catchup.

You could add the box sets package now, without the HD part, if that's any help.Think you'll just need the new entertainment package and then add box sets for £5.

I’m having this issue too, I’ve also tried rebooting the internet box. I then deleted the app off my iPad and switched it off. I then downloaded the app again and it’s now working. I hope this helps.
