For the 9026 error make sure you have disabaled a VPN if you are using one, if you are not using one then follow these instructions to completely delete Sky Go and the hidden folders it uses.

Read your post. I cant get Sky to sort my skygo out either. I keep getting error 7005.
I downloaded Bluestacks and got it loaded after some probles and got everything on there. But i cant get anything to play. I have downloaded a few apps on it but when i click on them i get nothing, just blank.
Any ideas why ?

connecting my application
When I click on my SKY Go on my laptop after 20 seconds it says 'initialisation failed to complete in a timely manner' and under that 'try again', which I do but the same message keeps coming up. What do I do?

Sky sports mobile app
I am being charged for the servicing I am unable to watch anything on the app as it tells me that it's registered to another device. I have the same number but I had to have a new handset due to damage to my last one.

There are settings which allow you to alter the app to use it with your computer and this includes the number of cores your machine has and to increase the memory to ensure it works better. In addition in the settings you can alter the pixel count and size, when it is set up correctly, there is the full screen option on the home page which again works. I can only say since I installed the emulator I have had faultless watching of Sky Go without any of the usuall buffering and stuttering I experienced before with the Windows App and the previous silverlight browser version. If it helps, I installed Bluestacks Version 3N Client Version 4.1.21.2018 Engine Version 4.3.28.4020 from www.bluestacks.com

Try a complete uninstall by following this guide as you need to also delete some hidden folders. After you have done this try a reboot before installing it again.

SKY GO on iMac black screen
When i try to watch anything on the Sky Go app it just brings up a black screen - operaing an imac running macOS Sierra version 10.12.6. Processor 2.9GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB memory 1600 MHz DDR3 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512MB graphics.
Any assistance appreciated.
