Gutted sat down with a beer to watch the football whilst away from home ( which I pay extortionate money for ) only to be frustrated for 90 mins by this poxy error code 😡😡😡

It bugs me that sky have no real competition which is why they get away with dragging their heels! I’m not a happy bunny at all! Can we be compensated for this! It happens all to often and we’re charged enough!

I just said to my husband earlier that we should look at the cost of Sky and the alternatives and see if it’s still worth paying for Sky! Think that this has made my decision to leave much easier.

Sky go doesnt work on iOS nor Windows 10- Really? How is this a Service?
On my iphone I download the App, log in, can browse but can't play sky content or terrestrial TV. the error that greets me is - device is not authorised check I am connected to the internet - which I am and he managed devices are there in settings?
Sky Go app downloads to W10 - only from Internet explorer not edge as its based on old tech. I can log in and browse but not watch content.
Thats 2 OS's, 2 devices and 2 apps not working - is this a joke?

Sky isn’t cheap to subscribe to. You’re supposed to get what you pay for. No Sport on my iPad miles away from home, but that’s what I paid for. Loads of Sky gloss and glitter, but not what I paid for.
Needs sorting ASAP. I can forward my bank details for refund on loss of service.
