Can download films etc on sky go, and it worked.
Have reinstall app on Android phone, but States, needs to be registered. Have to wait I suppose until the technos sort it out

I'm getting it too after finally being able to use the app today (as it kept linking to an old subscription, even though Im signed in) anyway that stressed me out now this.
Sky you're overrated the sky go app is a nightmare on MAC

I had this earlier this evening. Someone recommended that I uninstall and the install Sky Go again. Now I can't get into it. The error message says, your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure its connected to the internet and try again.
I'm pulling my hair out here. It is connected to the internet. I'm going around in circles
I have the same error message on every device in the house
is Sky aware and are they implementing a Fix?
They call it Sky Go.
I think it should be re named Sky Gone!!!

have rebooted pc - error persists!
update : now turned into error PFE 12000.
says - restart your app. you may need to ensure application updates are complete using admin privilages for your device. issue remains contact suport!
Had the below message all night-
Msg keeps popping who with
“your device needs to be authorised, please ensure it’s connected to the internet and try again”
* I have got it connected to Internet,
*restarted the app
*deleted the app and re-installed
the msg still keeps popping up!

Sky Go on iPhone & iPad are off, same error code. And my Sky Box can’t get a signal... Alien invasion or weather?

I’ve struggled with this on iPad & it also won’t allow me to watch purchased movies through Sky downloaded onto my system

It seems to be a common fault tonight as many of us are having the same issue, wasn’t a problem last night
Ah the joys of Sky Go.
I called in once quoting an error code like it's says to do and they said they don't keep a list of their error codes.
Really?!?!?!?!? Then what's the point of having them in the first place?
sky go does work (when it feels like it) on windows 10 although there currently seems to be an issue.
It used to only work via IE but it now downloads as an app/program in it's own right

hahaha, when I went on the online help and looked for the error code fix it wasn't listed so i clicked 'error code not listed' and it was basically we can't help you then. I don't understand how Sky can be so rubbish when it costs soo much
