Sky has more issues than the national geographic
Frustration as Sky wont give an ETA on the fix. The 'Your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it's connected to the internet and try again' message is NOT an individual fault. (so don't panic, your tablet/phone hasn't gone bust!!). No point restarting uninstall/re-install etc, I guess this will not be fixed overnight and now becomes a waiting game.... PAINFUL!! It'll probably most likely at best mid day tomorrow before the issue is resolved now. I feel there is a lack of communication from Sky about this, as it's the community who have highlighted the issue rather than Sky themselves. I hope Sky do the right thing & compensate all customers as Sky go isn't a free service. Fingers crossed we can all get back to watching our favourites shortly!!!!
Honestly, it blows me away how awful sky are at the streaming game. I’ve had Netflix pretty much since it started can’t remember ever having a single problem . I can’t remember the last time getting a problem with services like iplayer, amazon etc .........oh, but SKY, well it’s pretty much guaranteed that you’ll get some kinda error every week and 100000% guaranteed that they’ll have no idea about the error or the code. Really, what is the point of the codes ???? Can’t even use sky go on a Mac anymore because they think you’re trying to record! All I can do is laugh now, they must have some absolute muppets responsible for their whole GO shambles! I just picture a room full of monkeys sitting in front of computers.

Has anybody found out what is going on with the Skygo app? This error code 91-1 is annoying as hell.
I have soft/ hard rebooted both iPhone and iPad.
The router has been reset. All other streaming apps and internet work in both devices but not sky go app. There is definitely something that Sky needs to resolve. An answer or update would be appreciated by all
Getting the same error as everyone else. I'll get PFE 12000 if I try to just watch it with adverts. Well done Sky. High prices for low quality.
Why is sky not helping when device keeps saying device needs to be authorised you will still take my money but you won't help ???????????????? Plus I'm not getting the service I pay for
Annoying really as I had various programs downloaded to sky go which have now been deleted after the re install.

I've followed all the steps for the solution to a PFE 12000 error code, you know deleting files, hidden files, etc... and still no luck.
I guess Sky will be getting a few calls in the morning. Dibs on being the first! I like a challenge.

My sky go app has stopped working on my phone... not been working on laptop foe months..my internet signal at home is rubbish keeps dropping in and out and cannot get any thing upstairs in bedroom any one else having all these issues
It was working for me this morning at about midday and now i am getting the same error as everyone else. Could it have to do with the new IOS update if it is only affecting Apple products?

I tried all the solutions offered, none worked!!! This happened with Android early on this year. Tablet not now comparable with SkyGo , now saying IPhone not authorised. Come on Sky get this sorted !!

Yeah absolutely rubbish, can't get sky go on my Android Tablet now not working on my iPhone did all the recommended checks still not working. Definitely looking for alternative .
This is not an uncommon problem yet there is no mention of this as an option on their online troubleshooting. You would think with the amount of complainants that they would have something. Will give it a day or two to see if it resolves itself or they reply to my customer questionnaire! How do you rate my chances?
