Same here......was fine until 19.30 this evening. I first got the 91-1 and then the 3-2, now it's telling me my device needs to be authorised.

I haven’t updated my IOS yet but I’m getting the same error message. I hope Sky are going to refund us all for Sky Go extra seeing as we’re not getting what we paying for.

Still waiting on a fix. Come on Sky im stuck in hospital and relying on Sky Go to stop me going insane. At least give us a timeframe!

Does anyone from Sky read these messages? And actually consider doing something about it? I have taken the steps already suggested, with no result!
I am new to Sky. I won't be continuing with them if they cannot fix simple problems quickly and efficiently.
I want an answer!!

The problem with only being able to watch it on your android device is that you can't then connect it to your TV. Sky doesn't allow access through an HDMI cable or anything like Chromecast.

I don't know what the cause of the outage was but can say that it is nothing whatsoever to do with Netflix arriving on the Sky Q platform.

Sky won’t refund as it’s a free service if you have sky mobile .... they will just say technical problem the same as they do when they turn the internet off between 00.00-06.00 HRs

Mine is saying I need to update my subscription! You would think that Sky would put a notice in their website regarding current issues!
