working now after another uninstall, I found an extra Cisco VideoGuard Player lurking from April when I had it uninstalled, so even though i took one out this time the other was not immediately below it as it appeared tonight. This time it worked.

Hello. Thank you for your response, it's at least nice to know that it does happen with other programmes. The problem is my sister is on holiday and watching them from abroad, so cant watch from the sky box. She records them any way but watches them when away, so doesn't have to come back to them all, so having 1 episode do this is not good. I'm still on facebook with sky at the moment to find out if they can do anything, but it's been over 3 hours so not holding my breath.

I had the same error code PFE 4002, I uninstalled the sky go app and downloaded it again, works fine now.

Hello. This has now been sorted and Sky are correcting it, so if you do come across a programme with this issue, then it is worth contacting them to get sorted.

If the sky go app is running smoothly in your previous laptop then it is the issue of your lenovo laptop. Otherwise, the problem is in your RAM. Keep in touch with Lenovo Support, they will give you the better solution rather than me.

I think it means the content isn't available.
There's an issue with the search finding content that isn't actually available and trying to play it pops that message up.
What is it you are trying to watch?

Sky Go App
Hello all,
Sky Go used to work fine on the PC I am typing from currently.
Now when I try to use it or re-install, it is unplayable. It shows on my screen but just in the centre of the screen and with huge icons. Looks corrupted. So I have to uninstall it. Photo here.
It is fine on my tablet but would like Sky Go on the Laptop.
Has anyone seen this problem? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Sky q app screen
Hi does anyone know how to resolve an issue I'm having with the sky q app. When viewing I do not have full screen I just have it in the centre and then filled by black in the background I want it so that that the picture is full screen thanks in advance

Have you actually used Bkuestacks to stream Sky Go through your android onto your PC and then to your TV. Sky seem to block everything.

May I refer you to the thread: New Windows SkyGo app... Stutter.
System capacity should not be an issue. The app should work for everyone like all the other broadcasters apps.
