You can cancel the tickets via the app itself, as this is what it says in the FAQ bit at the bottom of the ticket page:
"14. How do I cancel some or all of my tickets ?
You can do this at any time before the event by clicking on 'My Bookings' and choosing the event and the number of trickets you want to cancel."
For this issue all you can do is to contact Sky support so they can get into your account to take a look at it for you:

Sadly, I have tried that many times, going round in circles. Tried chat but got cut off first time, then the second time I was told they could not answer my question and the third time I hung on for over half an hour and never got anybody to answer on the chat.
If you are signed into Sky Go with your main ID then contacting Sky is all you can do as nobody on here can help as we are all customers like you.

My sky go will not let me play anything it keeps saying I cannot view it in this country when I am in the uk...why is this?

I've contacted them and they still don't know what's wrong, of entries the app on multiple devices and nothing works, and I can't even watch online either, says I need relevant subscription
Its a joke were paying for a service, its wierd, my sister can use it on her device in dubai, and it works fine through my ps4 on the tv upstairs but on my phone and my dads ipad says ‘to enjoy this service you will need to upgrade your subscription’ ive tried the online help but thats about as useful as jimmy saville on babysitting duty 👎
If the device you have Sky Go on is connected to a Wifi connection then try rebooting your broadband router, leave it off for 5 minutes and after powering it back up give it a further 4 minutes before trying again.
On my pad they are saying up grade my subscription

i was just on the phone to a sky go contact centre for 1/2 and she put the phone down on me

Hi All, I was having iussues with the new sky go app working for ages, just would'nt start after initial intro screen.
My issue was solved by uninstalling both skygo and cisco video guard then manually deleting two folders in "appdata".
Then I reinstalled skygo app and everthing works fine.
Two folders are:
1) C:\Users\"choose your user name"\AppData\LocalLow\Cisco
2) C:\Users\"choose your user name"\AppData\Roaming\Sky Go
Yes you should be able to. Even though it's called TV from Sky it's basically Sky Go for consoles 
I have subscribed to Sky Entertainment and Sky Sport but none of them work. Sky help desk confirmed my subscription
